Ms. Asmahan Siraj Al-Din Mohammed Madani is a legal professional with more than ten years of experience in advocacy and legal consultancy across the Republic of Sudan and the State of Qatar.
She holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law from Al-Neelain University, in addition to a Higher Diploma in Legal Translation. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D., with research entitled "Settlement of Engineering Construction Contract Disputes: A Comparative Study between Sudan and the State of Qatar."
Previously, she served as a Legal Advisor at the Sudanese Ministry of Justice, where she was responsible for reviewing and drafting government contracts, representing government entities before the courts, and participating in procurement committees, arbitration proceedings, and corporate governance initiatives. This role provided her with extensive experience in public sector legal practice.
She currently practices as a lawyer in the State of Qatar, handling a broad range of legal matters, including civil, family, criminal, and investment cases, as well as contract drafting and legal advisory services for individuals and corporate clients.
Ms. Madani is recognized for her strong expertise in legal analysis, legal drafting, litigation support, contract preparation, negotiation, and delivering practical, effective legal solutions with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service.
